Joseph G. Campi, DMD (Dr. Joe) is known for his understanding nature, gentle touch, and outstanding dentistry. His passion for what he does, combined with his constant desire to stay current, and his focus on patient care make Dr. Joe an exceptional dental care provider.

To Dr. Joe, the heart of patient care is taking a personalized approach because each patient and their smile is special. Whether a patient’s concern is cosmetic, restorative, or a dental emergency, Dr. Joe creates a genuine connection with his patients and provides them with excellent, individualized care.

Dr. Joe received his undergraduate degree at Villanova University in 1991 and his dental degree at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 1995. Dr. Joe is currently a member of:

• American Dental Association (ADA) 
• New Jersey Dental Association (NJDA)
• Monmouth and Ocean County Dental Society (M-OCDS).
  He is also certified in multiple laser wavelengths by the Academy of Laser Dentistry.

Dr. Joe believes that he can make a difference in his patients’ lives by giving them a beautiful and healthy smile. He enjoys educating his patients throughout the entire dental process by offering them the opportunity to be involved in their treatment plans and making recommendations for a healthy lifestyle as well as a healthy mouth. Dr. Joe treats patients like family and enjoys building trust and long-standing relationships with his patients. 

Dr. Joe has great respect for his profession taking continuing education courses, and applying the advancements of dentistry. Dr. Joe’s scope of dental expertise encompasses advanced restorative, cosmetic, and full mouth rehabilitations, including all forms of implants, dental crowns, same-day crowns, dental bridges, and dentures. Dr. Joe Campi is proud to be recognized as one of Monmouth County’s Top Dentists in 2022, 2023 and 2024.

Dr. Joe has practiced dentistry in Monmouth County since 1998 when he joined Campi Dental partnering with his brother John G. Campi III, DMD, and his Uncle Thomas R. Campi, DMD in 2002. Dr. Joe and his brother, Dr. Jack, are third-generation dentists providing value through advanced, preventative treatment with compassion and accountability. 

Dr. Joe plays a large role in Campi Cares, the practices’ philanthropic initiative connecting him with the community through various campaigns throughout the year. Dr. Joe speaks at local schools educating children on the importance of maintaining good dental hygiene and nutrition. He is passionate about sports and is actively involved in the local community and has held various coaching positions in baseball, basketball, and football over the past 25 years. 

Dr. Joe is a true family man. He, his wife Karen, and their three sons have lived in Wall Township since 2002. Joe’s greatest joy is spending time together as a family, from conversations around the dinner table to traveling, skiing, coaching baseball, and playing sports. Dr. Joe is passionate about many things including Villanova, the New York Yankees, the Dallas Cowboys, music, living a healthy lifestyle, and spending time with his family’s new Australian Labradoodle Yogi.
