Understanding Your Dental Insurance
At Campi Dental, your care comes first. We will always recommend what’s right for your health — your insurance coverage never drives our clinical decisions.
Your dental plan is part of the benefits your employer provides. In most cases, your insurance company will cover a portion of our fees the exact amount depends on the agreement between your employer and the insurance carrier. Typically, the higher the premium your employer pays, the greater the coverage.
While we are not directly involved in your insurance contract, our goal is to help you receive the maximum reimbursement available. As a courtesy, we will process your claims and, if needed, provide X-rays and written diagnostic reports to support them. Most insurance carriers process claims within 2-4 weeks.
